Interior

The architectonical conception of the interior (exterior as well) corresponds with the Saxon Renaissance style. It is evidenced by the ribbed net-vaulting with the spikes and the diamond portals. The unique matroneum (gallery) refers to the Lutheran confession of the builder. The most valuable part of the furniture is the unique altar which includes alabaster reliefs from the beginning of the 17th Century. The main theme of the altar is rarely used relief the genealogy of the Jesus Christ.
